Banana and Peach Breakfast Smoothie

You can make this in minutes and is packed with fiber, nutrients and flavour. Perfect breakfast option for busy morning schedule.

Ingredients

Banana - 2 (roughly chopped)
Peach - 2 (roughly chopped)
Rolled Oats - 20gm
Ground flax seed - 1tsp
Ground Sunflower seed - 1tsp
Ground pumpkin seed - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 6
Ice cold Water - 1 and half cups

Method

Blend everything together using a high powered blender.
