Barbecued Spicy Sea Bream and King Prawns with Salad

Spicy and healthy barbecue recipe.


Sea bream -2- cleaned and marinated for at least 30 minutes in fridge.

200gm King prawns - cleaned and marinated for the same time.

Spicy marinade- Mix 1/4 tsp turmeric powder + 1 tsp chilli powder + 2 tsp coriander powder+ 3/4 tsp salt + 2 tbsp lemon juice.


Preheat barbecue for high heat. Thread prawns onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard any remaining marinade. Cook sea bream until it is cooked. turn the fish occasionally to avoid burning. Cook prawns until it is done.

Simple lettuce and tomato salad


Gem lettuce- 2 - washed and roughly chopped

Tomato -2 -washed and sliced

Salad dressing- Mix 1 tsp horseradish sauce + 1 tsp low fat mayonnaise + 2 tbsp natural low fat yogurt + 1 tbsp lemon juice


Pour the sauce over lettuce and tomato. Serve with spicy fish.
