Super Quick Canteloupe Breakfast Smoothie

Kick start your morning with this ready in minutes breakfast smoothie!!

Ingredients

1/2 Cantaloupe - diced
2 Clementines - segmented
2 Apricots - diced
25gm Rolled oats
2 tsp Mixed Ground Seeds - ( equal amounts of linseeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds)
1 tsp Almond powder
250ml Ice cold Water

Method

Blend everything together using a high powered blender. Simple as that..!!!
