Basil leaves - 30 gms
Walnuts - 10 nos.
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch crushed black pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Wholegrain pasta - 1/2 cup

Fennel Bulb - 1 - finely chopped
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - pinch
Salt - half tsp
Water - 750 ml
Carrot - 450 gm - cut into chunks
Cooking Apple - 1 - cut into chunks
Composed olive oil - 2 tsp
