Nutty Milk Shake

This is what I came up with when one of my friends who is training for half marathon asked me to create an energy drink for her to drink before her training. I think it is a perfect salty sweet drink with satisfying mellowness. It is very easy to make and ingredients are easy to find as well. I used peanut butter for this, but use any other nut butter if you prefer.

Barbecued Spicy Sea Bream and King Prawns with Salad

Spicy and healthy barbecue recipe.

Ingredients

Sea bream -2- cleaned and marinated for at least 30 minutes in fridge.

200gm King prawns - cleaned and marinated for the same time.

Spicy marinade- Mix 1/4 tsp turmeric powder + 1 tsp chilli powder + 2 tsp coriander powder+ 3/4 tsp salt + 2 tbsp lemon juice.
